Hello friends! I hope each of you are having a wonderful weekend! I know that I have already posted once this morning for Social Sunday. I wanted to share a little great news with you. It certainly could not wait until Monday morning. :)
Can I just say that I love each and every single one of you? Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your support and love in my little corner of blogsphere. When I started this blog I honestly thought the only people who would read my little blurbs was my Nana and Bamp (Grandparents, thanks for always reading!). Now, there are so many wonderful readers that I have no clue as to where to begin when thinking of who reads and where you are from. From your comments, emails, and social media love, I am truly blessed to have you all in my life. Thank you so much for choosing to be here. You are all amazing! I am truly honored that so many of you are interested in our little life and I love being able to journal this new chapter for you to follow along.
Since Christmas break I became really serious about my blog. I dove deep into developing relationships, meet other Alabama bloggers, and expanding. In the past four months I am so thankful to have had multiple opportunities to expand my little corner of the Internet and I am so blessed for all the recent growth! I hope that I can continue to use this platform for the glory of my Father. I believe that the Lord has given me this incredible platform to share my life and the story I have through Jesus. This place is not about followers, it is not about comments, and it is not even about me although I share so much from our newlywed world. This place is about Jesus Christ and what He can do through a sinner like me. This is a place for Him to get all the glory. This is a place where I can share the incredible things He has done in my life and point straight back to Him.
So, with that said, I promised that I would host my very first Favorite Things Giveaway when I reached 100 followers. Thankfully, I reached 100 and 200 followers in the same day during the month of February. The giveaway was awesome and I loved every single minute of having the opportunity to shower a sweet reader! My second goal for this blog was to obtain my personal domain should I ever reach 500 followers. On Friday, this little blog dream of mine became a reality when I hit #500. With a little advice from my sweet friends, Marquis and Lauren , I used this step-by-step tutorial from Brittany @ This Beautiful Life.
Now, I know that I said "followers" meaning GFC followers. However, I feel as though I should clarify "followers." I am thankful for those who "follow" but I am more thankful for those who "read" on a daily basis. I 100% believe I would rather have 100 people who read, comment, and interact with my blog than 200 people who "follow" my blog but never read it. Also, since day 1 I have honestly believed that quality posts are so much better than quantity.
While weekend posts are a bit slim from me, I want you to know that this is a huge step that I wanted to share with you all today instead of waiting! I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend. Time change has been awesome for us! We love having that little bit of extra sunshine and today it was absolutely gorgeous in Alabama! Tony and I spent the day exploring Oak Mountain State Park.

Early this afternoon I took a leap of faith and this happened. You can now find Love. Laughter. Happily Ever After as a .com!!!
This is a park that we love to visit! I posted more about it with additional pictures in this post should you be interested to see/read more. When we first got married, we would spent every single remaining summer weekend exploring the trails. We are a bit obsessed with Oak Mountain and are looking forward to the many upcoming trips we have planned in the near future. We love to go especially after it rains, which you can see in the photos. The waterfall is absolutely stunning!. It is so peaceful and beautiful!
