My Aunt actually brought Downy Unstopables to my attention while I was visiting with her one weekend. She was washing clothes and asked me to come and smell her fresh load in the dryer. Typically, for our family of two, one bottle will last one month. I normally wash clothes twice a week, using half a cap or an entire cap depending upon the load cycle size. I dump the cap into wash after the water has filled. I have never had a problem with residue or left over Unstopables once the cycle is complete, which is an aspect I LOVE, too! There is something special about Downy Upstopables that will cause me to never again buy liquid fabric softener. I certainly have not bought liquid fabric softener in the past six months and will not turn back now!
All you have to do is shake a little or a lot into the cap, depending upon your personal desire. Then, toss the cap full into the washer at the beginning of the wash cycle. Enjoy the lasting fresh scent! The ingredients of this product include, Perfume Dispersant, Perfume and Dye. Do not put in your liquid dispenser or dryer. Keep out of reach of children. Also, this product is not to be ingested. However, I noticed a clever idea the other day on Pinterest using Downy Unstopables in a wax burner that I would like to share with you. I am itching to get back home and try it out as soon as possible!
