This kit is super easy to use. The strips come in a packet of two (40 strips total, 20 packets) and peel off like stickers. One strip will adhere to the top teeth and one strip will adhere to the bottom teeth. Before applying the strips I normally brush my teeth. The strips stick on very well. I like to apply the strips while I am getting dressed in the morning right after I have finished my coffee. It is very convenient that I can continue my normal routine and talk while whitening my teeth.
