Info Post
Good Morning, Blog World!

If you are a new visitor, WELCOME! I am glad to have 'ya here!

This here little photo below caused quite a stir on Instagram the other evening. I am a lover of love, food, and being in the kitchen. What is a more appropriate way of welcoming hump day than by sharing a little recipe love from my home to yours? Be on the look out for more main course recipes this coming week! I plan to double up soon!

I actually featured this dish in October or November (I think) in THIS POST along with a few other recipes I was attempting at the time. Since then, this recipe below has been a fan favorite in our home. I am pretty sure it finds its way to the meal planning list just about every week! If you are crazy about bacon, ranch, or cheese- it is a MUST TRY! :)
What You Will Need:

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 packets dry ranch dressing seasoning
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Cooking spray/butter
Bacon Bits if desired

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the chicken in a large baking dish (Typically, I use a glass pyrex). In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch, and cheddar cheese. Spread on top of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the crushed crackers on top and spray lightly with cooking spray OR drizzle with melted butter. Add bacon bits if desired. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Is this shirt not hilarious or what?! I N.E.E.D. it!

Let me know what you think if you try this recipe!

I would love to know what you are cooking in your kitchen! Anything good I should try?

Oh, and we may or may not have had this pizza for breakfast Monday morning. It was too pretty and yummy not to share with today's fun food post! Shall I dare say husband cooked it? He did well from the looks, right! :)

Have a great day, friends! We are half way to the weekend! Yippee!
